Alternative Meeting for the Renewables and Energy for Rural Development Theme Group and the Energy Sector Reform Theme Group

In line with the recommendation from Sida that all principal researchers attend Theme Group Meetings, an alternative Theme Group Meeting was held for principal researchers from Energy Sector Reform and Renewables and Energy for Rural Development Theme Groups, who did not make it for the earlier Theme Group Meetings held in June, 2000
