This five day course is aimed at managers and professionals in government, regulatory authorities, utilities, civil society and the private sector working in the electricity, gas, water and telecommunication sectors. The course is offered by the Management Programme in Infrastructure Reform and Regulation (MIR) at the GSB, University of Cape Town. MIR is a leading centre of excellence and expertise in Africa and emerging economies. The course is run in association with the African Forum of Utility Regulators and the Regional Electricity Regulators Association of Southern Africa.
